The person behind The Operations Partner.
I’m Jenni, the person behind Trio Business Support.
I help growing companies make the way they work clearer, smoother and easier to manage.
I work where processes, people, systems and information meet — finding what’s getting in the way, fixing what keeps going wrong and helping build better ways of working.
I’m at my best when there’s a lot going on, something isn’t working quite as it should, and someone needs to step in, figure out what’s happening and make it better.
I’m the person who notices what needs doing.
I’m naturally curious, practical and solution-oriented. I like understanding how things work — and just as importantly, noticing when they don’t.
Give me the context, the problem and the goal, and I’ll work out what needs to happen next. I ask questions, investigate, connect the dots and make decisions where I can. I don’t need to be managed step by step.
I care about getting things right, but I also understand that in a busy business, perfect is rarely the goal. The goal is to find a practical solution that works — and, ideally, stops the same problem from coming back.
I understand the customer side of the business.
I’ve spent 15+ years working with customers in Finnish, Swedish and English, from everyday questions to difficult situations and complaints.
That experience taught me to look beyond the immediate problem. When customers keep asking the same questions, when information differs between people or when a complaint keeps recurring, there is often a process problem underneath it.
I know what it looks like when that connection between customer experience and internal operations isn’t working.
I understand what happens behind the scenes.
I’ve worked alongside founders, managers and teams in SaaS, hospitality and other customer-facing businesses. I’ve seen what happens when a company grows faster than its ways of working.
Information gets scattered. Responsibilities become unclear. Processes live in people’s heads. Managers become the people everyone asks.
I’m good at seeing those connections — and figuring out what needs to change.
I know how to make things work better.
I’m comfortable getting into messy processes, learning how people actually work and finding practical improvements.
Sometimes that means a clearer process or checklist. Sometimes it means better documentation, a knowledge base, a simpler workflow or an automation. And sometimes the best solution is simply making sure everyone knows who does what, when and where to find the information they need.
I’m not interested in adding systems or bureaucracy for the sake of it. I’m interested in making work easier.
What it’s like to have me in your corner.
I’ve worked closely with business owners who need someone they can trust to take responsibility, spot problems and get things moving without constant direction.
Richy, who I’ve worked with since 2024, puts it better than I could:
Jenni is a joy to work with. She is kind, caring and completely trustworthy, and I know that when I give her something to deal with, she will take care of it.
She is always willing to help, and she genuinely cares about the business and the people around her. Nothing is too much trouble. If she doesn’t know how to do something, she finds out. If there is a problem, she looks for a solution.
What I really appreciate about Jenni is that she doesn’t need to be told every little thing. She sees what needs doing and gets on with it. She is careful, reliable and takes pride in doing things properly.
Working in a restaurant can be hectic. There are always customers to look after, things changing, people needing answers and a hundred little jobs that need attention. Jenni has been a huge help in keeping all of that moving. She has taken care of customers, reservations, communication, staff support and all the things behind the scenes that can easily get missed when you are busy running the business.
I also trust her judgement. She will tell me when she thinks something could be done better, and she is not afraid to take responsibility and sort things out.
I am very proud of the work Jenni has done with me and with the restaurant. She has become much more than an assistant. She is someone I can rely on, and that is worth a lot when you are running a business.
Just what you need in an assistant.

I care about doing a good job.
I like being useful. I like solving problems, making things clearer and knowing that something is working better because I was involved.
I also care about the people affected by the changes I make. A process isn’t successful if it looks good on paper but makes someone’s working day harder.
I take trust seriously, communicate honestly and don’t disappear when things get complicated.
You can expect me to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense, speak up when I see a better way and take responsibility for the things you’ve asked me to own.
And yes, I’ll probably notice the little things too.
Let’s make your business easier to run.
You don’t need to have the problem figured out before you get in touch.
We’ll figure out where the friction is — and what to do about it.
